Move It!

Your body will benefit in many ways if you move 20 minutes a day. Move in a way that you like to move, run, jump, dance to sit-ups! Walk! Enjoy your movement. If you don't have time for a 20 minute stretch, ask yourself how much TV you watch a day, and think about a number of movements you can do while watching TV. At work, use the stairs instead of the elevator, park far from the office or the store and walk the extra distance. If you want to know more about this or are not able to think of enough movements to fill 20 minutes, I would be happy to work with you.
